The brand MAJOR has been operating on the Slovak market for more than 25 years to the satisfaction of its clients. It offers professional services throughout the Slovak Republic through its three companies: M.A.J.O.R. Agency, s.r.o. (1994) – Private security service, cleansing, cleaning, comprehensive hygiene care of properties incl. disinfection, disinfestation and derating, furthermore it provides information and reception services as well as services in records management and registry records storage (VAT payer); M.A.J.O.R. Agency SK, s.r.o. (2001) – Private security service (VAT payer) and M.A.J.O.R. Fine , s.r.o. (2006) – Cleaning, cleansing, comprehensive hygiene care of properties (VAT non-payer).
The private security service M.A.J.O.R. Agency s.r.o., based in Banská Bystrica, was first registered in the Companies Register on 22.12.1994 and has offered the protection of property of business entities and public institutions since 01.01.1995. Since its founding the company has offered its services also to foreign companies with Europe wide importance. The company was created and operates without any foreign capital and is able to solve comprehensive security problems (interior and exterior) according to the individual requirements of clients.
When conducting its activities MAJOR strictly adheres to all valid legal and lawful norms in the territory of the Slovak Republic and to comparable conventions with developed European countries aimed at the protection of the personal and property interests of its clients. The company’s activity consists of the focused acquisition and processing of information by their own, or external, highly qualified specialists in security theory and practice, as well as by the state-of-the-art sophisticated technology. The company thereby guarantees long-term stability for any concluded contracts and a high standard of the services it provides Proof of this is a contract that has lasted throughout the existence of the company, i.e. for 25 years.
On 05.02.2018, M.A.J.O.R. Agency, s.r.o. (1994) repeatedly granted and extended KR PZ SR Banská Bystrica license no. PS 001204, on the basis of which it provides its services in accordance with the Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic no. 473/2005 Coll. in the field of private security;
On 15.06.2015 M.A.J.O.R. Agency, s.r.o. (1994) was once again granted a licence, no. PS 001009, by the Regional Directorate of Police, Banská Bystrica, based on which they are able to provide their services in accordance with Law no. 473/2005 Collection of Laws in the field of private security.
On 10.12.2010 M.A.J.O.R. Agency SK, s.r.o. (2001) was once again granted a licence, no. PS 000 552, by the Regional Directorate of Police, Banská Bystrica, based on which they are able to provide their services in accordance with Law no. 473/2005 Collection of Laws in the field of private security.
When executing the wide range of individual activities MAJOR works closely with partner organizations in order to ensure the end customer a comprehensive service delivery in the field of so-called Facility Management, so to speak “from one source”.
In late 2011, MAJOR expanded its portfolio of services offered in the Slovak Republic to include a comprehensive provision of services in facility management. The brand MAJOR and its company provides services throughout the territory of the Slovak Republic, with headquarters in Banská Bystrica and branches in Bratislava and Prešov.
